Privacy Policy

Arcvelo takes online privacy very seriously and only uses necessary information to process orders. When processing orders, we use PayPal whose privacy statement can be found here. We do not store credit card or personal information and we do not share any information with third parties. Our privacy policy is updated when our transaction procedures have been modified.

Shipping

Most orders are shipped either USPS or UPS. USPS is used for smaller orders (usually one shirt) and UPS is used for all other orders.

Packages will be shipped one to three business days after an order is received. Expedited shipping is available.

International shipping is available. We’ll contact you directly and figure out the best rate.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return for an exchange or a full refund.

When returning or exchanging an item, the item must be unworn and in original condition—no exceptions.

To make a return, email us at arcvelo1@yahoo.com to request a Return Authorization Form. This form must be filled out and sent with your return or exchanged item.
